At Lets Print It Out, all items are carefully produced and packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Please read the information below before placing your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

Many of our products are made to order, especially custom or personalised items.

Production Times

Standard products: 1–3 business days
Custom or personalised items: 3–7 business days (may vary depending on design complexity and order volume)

Production times do not include shipping time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom

Delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Package size and weight
Delivery method selected
Destination

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

5. TRACKING

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We may charge additional postage to resend the item, or
Refund the item cost excluding original shipping fees

7. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

9. DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
