Returns & Refund Policy
At Lets Print It Out, every order is important to us. Because many of our products are custom made, our returns policy differs depending on the type of item ordered.
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
1. CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ITEMS
Custom or personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect spelling, sizes, or details provided by the customer

Designs approved by the customer before printing
However, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is:

Faulty
-
Damaged in transit
-
Significantly different from the agreed design
If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.
2. NON-CUSTOM (STANDARD) ITEMS
If you purchase a non-custom, standard product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

You must contact us before returning the item
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
3. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
-
Photos of the damage or fault
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if required.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Custom Orders
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
If you request cancellation before production begins, we may be able to cancel the order at our discretion.
Standard Products
Orders for standard products can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
6. NATURAL 3D PRINT VARIATIONS
Due to the nature of 3D printing, small imperfections such as:

Visible layer lines
-
Slight colour variations
-
Minor surface marks
are normal and are not considered faults.
