What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Custom or personalized 3D printed items are final sale. Please contact us before returning any items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Are any purchases final sale?
Some items cannot be returned and will be labeled as such before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please note that certain items may have extended print times, but we'll inform you accordingly. Once your order is dispatched, an email will be sent with additional information. The delivery timeframe depends on where you are located.
Where are your products manufactured?
all our products are manufactured in house and ensure the highest quality, occasionally, the fdm printing process may result in some items being less smooth than other processes, but we guarantee top quality
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is your deposit policy for commissioned work?
A non-refundable deposit is required for any commissioned work. This deposit secures your project timeline and covers our initial design and planning costs. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice upon project completion.
